Shipping: At the present time Street Icons can only deliver items to UK addresses.
Customized and made-to-order items: please note that these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received in a damaged or defective state.
Confirmation – All orders will be confirmed by email, which will include the online order number. Customers will then be notified by email on despatch of their order. Please quote your online order number in any correspondence.
Cancellation/changes – If you wish to cancel or change an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Under the consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. To cancel a purchase, you must first notify us by email.
Out of Stock items – We endeavour to keep all items in stock. However, there may be times when demand is high and/or we may not have your particular size, colour or design in available stock. Under these circumstances you can
Pre-Order – items which normally ship within 7 working days. We might also pass on your delivery address to the manufacturer/supplier who in turn will use this to arrange delivery via their chosen courier. Otherwise you will be notified as soon as is possible if there is a delay in the despatch of your order. All items sold are ‘subject to availability’.
Payment – We accept Paypal and most major credit and debit cards – please see the checkout for accepted cards. Normally payment will be taken at checkout. All prices are quoted in GB Pounds.
Returns Policy – If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods, providing the item is unused and reaches us in an unused saleable condition with tags attached and original immediate packaging. Your refund will be in the form of the payment method used at the time of ordering and may take up to 5 working days. Please complete a Returns Form. Please make sure that all returns are packaged correctly. Street Icons cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during return. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for returning the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged.
Please notify us before returning goods by e-mail: email@example.com. Failure to do so may see packages refused delivery and returned to mailer. Please include sender’s name, address and phone number along with a copy of the original receipt and a reason for return.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will refund the cost of returning the item to us.
Damaged or Defective products – Street Icons must be notified within two days of receipt if a product is being returned with either a suspected manufacturing defect or having been damaged in transit. This is in order that the warranty procedure can begin with the manufacturer or courier. Notification after this time may result in the warranty being invalid. Please read our Defective Goods Policy.
Helmets – HELMET SAFETY STANDARDS – It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they purchase a helmet that conforms to their local safety standard – e.g. DOT for USA riders, ECE for European riders. Where a helmet is purchased for use in a country where it does not conform to the local safety standards, it is purchased/worn at the rider’s own risk and we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property or person as a result of its use. Special orders for helmets are not refundable.
Exchanges – Customers wishing to exchange a non-faulty item for an alternative product will be responsible for returns to Street Icons and will be charged a standard charge for re-shipping. Exchanges may take up to 14 days, depending on availability.

WHEN WE ARE IN RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURNED GOODS: We usually process refunds or exchanges (subject to availability) within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds – Funds will be returned via the original payment method. This may take up to 5 working days to appear as cleared funds depending on the payment method used. Once exchanges are dispatched you will receive an email notification.

Cards we accept – (MasterCard / Visa / Solo / Switch / Maestro / American Express). The goods will not be dispatched until the customer’s funds that have been paid have cleared in full.
Order Notes – Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and order reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. Important: This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result we reserve the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases or confirmed orders where an item has been priced incorrectly .
